The Rifle All School Patriotic Arts Concert was held November 9, 2009 and included performances by the Graham Mesa, Wamsley, & Highland Elementary choirs, Rifle Middle School and Rifle High School choirs and the Rifle Middle and Rifle High School bands. The Finale was a performance by all schools singing "An American Celebration," accompanied by the Rifle Middle and Rifle High School bands and directed by August Heckenbach.
